Hydrate! The basic rule for having soft and polished lips is to keep them hydrated and protect them from damaging UV rays. Cracked lips? Use a soft bristle toothbrush to remove dead skin.
Volumize! To create a maximum volumizing effect, use a lip brush to outline lips and then apply to the rest of the mouth except in the middle part. Use a similar or lighter color for the center portion. The same result can be obtained by applying a little liquid lipstick or lipgloss of the same color in the center of the lip.
