The customer has the right to cancel his order and withdraw from the contract of sale of the products for any reason.
Cancel order
If you have placed an order that has not been shipped yet and you would like to cancel it, please call us as soon as possible at 211 1179804 within our shop open hours, to arrange it. In case the shop is closed, please send immediately an email at info@noharmcharm.gr
In case the order is already on the carrier, the company is not obliged to return to the customer, the amount corresponding to the fee of the transport company. If the chosen payment method is payment on delivery and the customer refuses to receive the parcel they are obliged to transfer 7€ to our bank account. This amount is the courier fees and the packaging expences that the company has already been charged.
Returns
If you have received an order and wish to return it please note that:
- Products should not be opened or used.
- In case you received a product and it is defective or damaged, please send us photos upon receipt at info@noharmcharm.gr or call us at 211 1179804.
- The return cost is borne by the customer. In case of defective product, return costs are borne by the store.
- The return request can be accepted if submitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product
- Returns and changes to deodorants and some makeup items are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
We have tried to describe the products in as much detail as possible on our website, so that you can be sure of your choices. However, some make up products may differ slightly in color from the screen. In any case, call us to find the best possible solution.
